Privacy Policy

Cloutmaxxing collects only the information needed to run accounts, orders, analytics, support, and security.

Last updated September 1, 2026

Information we use

  • Account information such as email and authentication identifiers.
  • The public Instagram usernames and public profile information you choose to connect.
  • Order details, package selections, prices, delivery status, refill status, and support conversations.
  • First-party analytics such as sessions, page views, clicks, device/browser category, coarse country, source/referrer category, and checkout attribution.
  • When Meta advertising measurement is enabled, measurement events can include page views, package views, add-to-cart, checkout, completed registration, and verified purchases. Verified purchase matching may use one-way hashed account/email identifiers. Authentication codes, passwords, and Instagram credentials are not sent as measurement event data.

What we do not need

We do not need your Instagram password to place a follower order. When production card processing is connected, payment card details will be handled by the approved payment provider rather than stored as raw card numbers by Cloutmaxxing.

Why we use information

  • Provide and secure your Cloutmaxxing account.
  • Confirm the Instagram profile you selected and fulfill orders.
  • Show order progress and handle refill-coverage exceptions and support requests.
  • Understand whether the storefront is working and improve usability.
  • Measure advertising performance when advertising measurement is enabled.
  • Prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.

Sharing

We may share the minimum necessary information with service providers that help us operate the product, such as hosting, database, analytics or advertising measurement, payment processing, or fulfillment partners. We do not sell customer conversations to advertisers.

Retention and control

We keep records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate accounts, support orders, handle disputes, maintain security, and meet applicable obligations. Where supported, the Meta measurement bridge respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. You can contact Support about access, correction, or deletion requests where applicable.

Security

We use access controls, restricted administrative functions, and service-specific credentials to reduce unauthorized access. No online service can promise absolute security, so we also monitor for operational and authentication issues.
