Terms of Service

What Cloutmaxxing provides

Cloutmaxxing sells one-time, fixed-quantity follower packages for the public Instagram profile you select. Package tier, quantity, price, currency, and any included guarantee are shown before checkout.

Your account and Instagram profile

• You must provide accurate information and select a profile you are authorized to manage or purchase for.
• Cloutmaxxing does not require your Instagram password to place an order.
• Keep the selected Instagram profile public and accessible while delivery is in progress so the service can be completed.

Orders and pricing

The price shown in your order summary is the price for that order. Our canonical package prices are maintained in Canadian dollars; when another display currency is selected, the displayed amount is converted using a current market reference rate and may differ slightly from the final processor conversion once live payment processing is connected.

• Follower packages are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, unless a future product is clearly identified otherwise.
• We may refuse or cancel an order we cannot safely or technically fulfill. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled, we will provide an appropriate refund or replacement remedy.

Refill coverage

Refill coverage is not assumed for every package or order. When a 30-day refill guarantee or other coverage is included, that coverage is shown at purchase and stored with the order. Eligible covered losses are handled according to those stored order terms. Full coverage details are on the Refill Guarantee page.

Reasonable use

• Do not use Cloutmaxxing to impersonate another person, mislead people about an endorsement, or violate applicable law.
• Do not interfere with the site, abuse support, attempt unauthorized access, or submit fraudulent payment information.

Instagram and Meta

Cloutmaxxing is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Instagram or Meta. Platform rules and features can change independently of us.

Service limitations

Follower count alone does not guarantee engagement, reach, sales, verification, ranking, or business results. We promise the package and service terms shown in your order, not a specific downstream outcome on Instagram.

Changes and support

We may update these terms when the product changes. Material changes apply prospectively. Questions about an order or these terms can be sent through Cloutmaxxing Support.
