Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want order problems handled clearly. This policy explains when an order may be cancelled, covered for follower loss where that coverage was included, replaced, or refunded.
Before delivery starts
If a paid order has not started and can still be cancelled operationally, contact Support as soon as possible. We will review whether the order can be stopped and refunded.
If we cannot fulfill the order
If Cloutmaxxing accepts payment for an order and then determines that the order cannot be fulfilled, we will provide a reasonable remedy such as a full or partial refund, a replacement package, or another resolution agreed with you.
Follower losses
Refill coverage applies only to an order when that coverage was included and shown at purchase. For a covered order, the stored order terms define the coverage window and replacement conditions. If an expected covered replacement does not appear, contact Support so we can investigate the exception before determining whether another remedy is appropriate.
Completed digital delivery
Because follower delivery is a digital service that may begin soon after an order is accepted, completed or substantially delivered portions of an order are generally not refundable merely because the customer changes their mind. This does not remove remedies for an order we failed to provide as promised.
Wrong profile or changed username
Please confirm the displayed Instagram profile before checkout. If you notice an account mistake, contact Support immediately. Whether an order can be redirected depends on whether delivery has started and whether we can safely verify the intended account.
How to request help
Open Cloutmaxxing Support and include the order reference, Instagram username, and a short explanation. Our team will review the order record, delivery status, and any applicable refill coverage before responding.
